WFS is finally caught in the act, ripoff Irvine

So the sagga continutes with WFS, They started to call and call like 2 times a day all the time over an error that they had done yet its my fault?

I have been through the insurance thing as well, So the last time they called me it was a guy named Dan from seattle, wa. He was trying to tell me that i was 4 monthd behind in payments and no i was not i even faxed him the bank records.

So i am on vacation and he calls me to ask were my truck is, And i replyied that its at home and i am out of town, He then has the nerve to ask why i am out of town.

So i had a feeling something was up. I called a buddy of mine who has the same year and color of truck and had him put my plates on his truck, I wanted to see what they were gunna do.

Well wonders never sice they repoed his truck not mine. So i cant wait to get home to goto seattle and have it out with "Danny".

If there is one thing i have learned in this world its this. NEVER lie to someone who is an hour away from you who can make your life misserable.

Now granted i am no saint but i dont lie or cheat people and when someone does it to me i am not to happy. So if anyone has had the same or similar situation let me know.

OH and before i forget i need to remind everyone that if u are behind on payments and they tell you that they will work with you dont fall for it.By law if they make a verbal agreement with you they have to fallow it with writting and they wont. Second of all its a well known company ploy to get there "late payments" out of you and then repo your vehicle.

So for future notice id be very careful and who u tust in the company and if enough of us stand up they will go down and we will all get out peice of the pie as it were.
