Nothing but scum ripoff

In the beginning of Feburuary i received a yellow post card from Great American warranty claiming that they had important information about my car which i had bought.

It happened that they were selling cars warranty and since i've had bad experience with repair expenses, i succumbed to their gimmmick. Went ahead and paid them $400.00 in mid Feburuary via Visa check card and the remaining balance $ 1600.00 was to be paid monthly for 1yr. This was to cover my car for 100,000 miles.

They sent me a detailed catalog on what was and not covered by the warranty which was unsatisfactory to me. I cancelled the warranty five days later and they promised to reimburse the funds in 8-12 weeks.

In May i left for my millitary duty having not received the reimbursment. I got a chance to contact them on July, Aug and all they did was promise to pass information to the right person/department.

I've contacted them countless times in November and December, leaving messages but all this seems to be falling on deaf ears. Reasoning with them don't seem to work and it's evident they're taking my patiance for weakness.

It's high time they realise that somebody is not happy with the way they're contacting business.
