My advise - shop somewhere else! Run away from these people quickly! Dishonest, no intregrity, they took my money and then stiffed me. Ripoff

I recently purchased a car from them, Todd, and Clint. Scott did the paper work. Before completing the paper work, they told me they would take good care of me. (I was a loyal customer of theirs, but they was not loyal to me.) The car was to be completely detailed, removing the scratches as well. The car was scheduled for service approx. Two weeks after the transaction took place. After only having the car for about six days the entire gear stick came off while out in traffic, so service date had to be moved up, which included fixing the gear and doing the detailing. After I made numerous calls, eight days later I finally got the car back (I meanwhile had informed ray, the store manager, and he made me feel like I was bothering him). Also approx 99% of the time, when they say they would call you back, don't count on it! (This also includes Jennifer, seemed nice, but was not good at calling people back) I had to literally run them down on the phone to find out about the statis of the car. The car scratches was still there on the hood, when I received the car back, I informed Todd, and I sent a letter to Mr. Varn, and none of them did nothing about it. Clint and Todd told me they would have the scratches removed when I bought the car, plus Scott even offered me a candle, he wrote it on the paper, and he did not even keep his word either. I even asked Todd for some touch up paint to cover the scratches and let me not forget rust, since they did not fix the scratches; he did not even give me that, he completely ignored me, never calling me back. I am now left with the rust and scratches, and they have already enjoyed the commission they made off of me!!! And oh, Scott, where is the candle you promise to give me upon the purchase of this car? These people seem quick on promises, just to get you to purchase something, and slow to none on delivering these promises once you've sign on the line.
