Grossly overcharging for what should be a public service

The company considers itself a fair and reasonable business. When doing work with the county sheriff or city police in Waukesha, they will charge such exorbitant fees that it makes an accompanying traffic ticket look like a bargain.

On two occasions, one voluntary and one courtesy of the Waukesha County Sherrif's department, there was an overcharge of more than double their competitors. The operators of the towing equipment were verbally abusive, even threatening on the second occasion.
