Beware of technicians weilding an impact wrench. My friend's wheel studs were sheared off—due to the use of the impact wrench—on a visit to NTB. Cost was tried to be put on us, but we stuck to our guns. I can't wait 'til the manager reads this report.
Service occurs at a rate which makes the U.S.P.S. Look fast. After three (3) hours we were still waiting for our car while "actions" were being taken to fix the wheel stud problem. This did not occur during peek business hours, it was 1pm on Saturday, only two (2) other cars were in the garage.
