Ripoff the dealer they take anvantage to me or they scam me

The car price is $16245. Oo and use retail is 17745.00 total car price is $19454.14 i think they scam me because the dealer said if the bank called me. Tell them that my car has a leather seat, sunroof, automatic seat, which is not. Its just a regular car with power window and power miror with alarm. They give me a 17.90% interest for this car and the finance charge is $11347.30 amounth of finance $17454.14 total of payment $28801.44 that all for 72 months. And my mothly is $400 amonth the dealer said if i want to refinace for wellsfargo my monthly payment is going lower monthly. But the wellsfargo that the one to give me a finace. My credit score is only 570. Not 600 0r more than that. This is my first time to buy the car
