Ford credit lies ripoff philadelphia

Due to a hard time with an accident and job loss we had to file bankruptcy. Ford has been okay with this untill recently. I was a month behind never being able to catch up but kept in contact with them. On Nov 21st I called ford and spoke to a representative about the account due to a letter we received about a repo notice. I was told dont worry about it since I was calling and letting them know I would have the past due in by Nov 30th and my settlement was coming in so I was paying the car off of 9300.00 but they came and took the car on Nov. 25th.

Ford lies why take it when we had agreed and I have always kept in contact with them. Now they wont get nothing except from the auction because according to the lawyer since the bankruptcy I dont have to pay. Why not wait they have waited this long and every month they get the payment even if it is a month behind I never hid anything from them.
