Damaged Vehicle after purchase and refused to repair or give insurance information, ripoff

I purchased a used car that was in pristine condition. When I came to take delivery of the vehicle on Saturday night around closing, there was damage to the bumper, rear quarter, and rim. The salesman worked frantically to buff out the damage but it was too significant. I was told to bring it back Monday morning so that it could be brought to the body shop for repairs.

When I showed up Monday morning the manager Simon Ahmadian told me that they would not do anything but buff out the car. The damage was appraised at $1200 by two separate body shops. There is metal damage and paint missing.

When they refused to do anything other than buff paint off, I put a claim into my insurance company and all they asked for was the dealer's insurance information. When I called back I spoke with Simon and was sworn at and hung up on. I decided to show up at the dealership with the Dedham Police to get the insurance information (Police Report Number 2006000011842).

The Manager told the police that they refused to give their insurance information to me or the police. The officer was inexperienced and was not aware a warrant was unnecessary to demand their information; I found that out the following day.

These people are dishonest and I recently found out in the past they have forged false carfax reports and deceived other buyers. The Dedham Police have been there numerous times for disputes.
