Warning: beware: tons of complaints against this company

I orderd a chopper scooter from this company. We saw this chopper in a store and our neighbor had one so we looked for a company that had the exact model.

We found extrememotorsales.com online. I found the spider chopper on their website. They only had the color red on their website but advertised all colors. I called them up, a woman named Heidi answered and said that they had the black and silver bike in stock. I asked her if the webbing on the bike was chrome or plastic and she assured me it was chrome which it states on their website. I ordered the bike from her. About an hour later I tried to cancel the order. My boyfriend didn't want the bike. For two days I tried to get in touch with extrememotorsales by email and by phone and noone respsonded. I went into their website it said no returns no exceptions so I conceded that the bike was ours.

Three days later I finally got someone online and she said I could not return the scooter and that it had alreaday been pulled. I wrote back and said this was not a great way to do business but excepted that the bike was purchased.

I waited for weeks for the scooter. It states 7-10 business days for delivery. I tried calling several times, I tried writing several letters and still noone got in touch with me. I finally found the email address tgtinc@msn.com. I believe this company is run by two woman Heidi and Tina since they seem to email from the same blackberry with the same address. They work hand in hand.

"Tina" wrote me back stating she would check on my order. The scooter was mailed out the following day. I purchased this bike on Oct. 27. They made a shipment out on the third week of November.

I received the scooter and it was a red spider scooter. Not what I ordered. I wrote to "Tina" and let her know the wrong color was delivered. I ordered the black and silver model. She then claimed to forward my letter to "Heidi" who took my order. Heidi claimed that I ordered the red spider chopper from her and that she remembered all of this. She claims that I called her up and asked if she had the black and silver scooter in stock. She claims to have told me it wasn't in stock so I ordered the red choppper. This conversation never took place and the only conversation I had with the women was to see if they had a black and silver spider chopper in stock. She said yes, so I ordered it from her. WHY ON EARTH would I call to exchange the scooter if it WAS what I ordered.

She also said that she wrote me a letter stating that the order took so long because she supposedly wrote me a letter stating she was holding the scooter, waiting to hear back from me in case I wanted to restock the bike and not have it shipped. This is so absurd. No letter of this nature was ever sent to me. I asked her to provide me with the letter so I could see it. To this day she had produced no such letter.in my last letter to these women they stated that they never had the black and silver scooter in stock.

I am disgusted by these women and how they consciously rip people off just for a sale. I will do everything in my power to have them investigated and shut down. I have found several other complaints with this company.

I also want to add that these women act very accommodationg and friendly. It is all phony.
