Ripoff all the way around ripoff business from hell

My husband and I purchased a car from Charlie Falk, due to our credit not being perfect, and it was the worst mistake in life. After having the car for only one month, the engine went, they towed it in and took close to a month before they fixed it. After that, not even 3 to 4 months later, the engine went out again, they towed it in for the second time, and while on there lot it was broken into. The window and mirror on the passanger side was broken and the radio was stolen out of it.

Charlie Faulk claims they are going to fix the window and the mirror, but will not replace the radio. Telling us we should call our insurance company. Which is crazy, how can you fix half of the problem and not the hold thing, and the job (stealing of the radio) was done so perfectly, it looks like and side job, and they still have not fixed the car, and it is going on 3 weeks.

Charlie Faulk is a rip-off, all the way around. At the time we got the car, it was our only means of transportation. We have a 5 year old son with cerebral palsy, who has therapy 3 to 4 times a week, not even including doctors appointments, and they still took forever to fix the car. The hold time they had the car, we were clling everyday and could not get a straight story out of them about what was going on with the car. We feel as though the car wasn't any good from the first place. What kind of car engine goes in a month. His employees from the head office to the body shop were very nasty. You should not have to deal with any of this paying them almost 400.00 dollars a month for an automobile
