Sold me a totally bogus car, a 1996 Nissan Ripoff Altima - Brighton

I purchased a 1996 Nissan Altima from Ken Fraser and Western Auto Sales on 8-18-06 for a total of $2755.00. I ended up getting it worked on twice for a total of about $900.00 Now the car is stalling periodically; I took it to my mechanic and he did a thorough check of the car and says it is beyond repair. Among the thinks wrong with it are:

(1) Rotted Front Cross member Needs to be rewelded; $500.00
(2) Two Front CV Axels no good and need replacing - $500.00
(3) 1 engine code Coolant Temperature Sensor
(4) Multiple Transmission Codes
(5) Back of engine wires to speed sensor have been jury rigged
