My husband and myself purchased a vehicle from this company with the understanding, that when the car was paid off that the record of payments would be submitted to the credit bureaus.

My husband and myself were told that once the car was paid off to submit the necessary information, and they would then report to the credit bureaus.

The car was paid off in April. It is now November and they have done nothing.
