Arrogance was beyond belief!

I'd wheels placed on my vehicle in the Meineke at 3861 North Druid Hills in Decatur, GA. The shim arrived off the driver’s part brake. Mr. Brad Augutus declined to displace the shim even though that it had been inside the guarantee about the bill. Then he put the shim in a garbagecan behind his table. I expected him to come back the shim in my experience. He declined and explained to obtain it myself. Their arrogance was beyond perception on the individual stage and suggests that Meineke doesn't market skilled conduct or customer support.
