Black balled me Ripoff

I started school in december and finished in january. When it was time to do my 6 weeks on the road with a trainner thats when it started. On my thitd day driving with about 500 mile under my belt my trainer was asleep in the bunk and woke up about ten minutes before the accident. He had me drive on black ice and the tractor trailer slide in to the guard rail on the right then went to the other side and hit that guard rail to before it came to a stop. There was another student sleeping in the back who received a 2 inch cut above her eye. Once we were stopped the trainer drove fro the sceen and called the police the officer took my report and said it was the weather and he did not fine me. Once returning to the company the head safy guy had me sign a waver stating the truck jack knifed i told him that was not true and he said he had to write something down so daniell england can reveiw it. Once i signed it i spoke to mr. England and he said it would not go on my dac report but he had to let me go. He had security lead me out of the building and off the property and go to the greyhound station and wait for 8 hours on the bus. Once i started with swift d. England personaly call swift and had me fired. I would really like to know what can be done about this, this is a short version of my story. Thank you
