Reposseion and want payoff amount Ripoff

My car was repossed yesterday October 25 due to late car payments which is understandable. When the guys picked up my car I asked them how much i needed to pay to get my car back he told me they wanted $1200 wired to them. I get to work and call Triad and asked them more details they were extremely rude and unhelpful saying I was late and they wanted $14,000 the pay off amount payed in order to get my car back. I told her I could not afford that. That I could pay the past due amount and she told me did I not just explain it to you in a rude manner "you have to pay $14,000 plus we had to pick it up from a different address that's not registered with us" I explained to her I was their with my boyfriend plus they have my employers address why didn't they pick it up there. And then she explained "the car will be auctioned off and you will be responsible for the remeaning balance." They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with don't you get a chance to get your car back. I would like to file a compliaint.
