Ripoff No customer Service Scam dishonest fraudulent billing

I took my car to Bullard to get my car fixed. I thought it may be a CV joint and told them so. They said they would look at it and call us to let us know what was wrong and to get authorization to repair it.

They called and stated that it was not the cv joint but that the steel belt in both front tires had broken. They quoted me for two new tires and an uneccesary front end alignment. $240.

I refused the repairs and told them I would be by to pick it up. Upon arrival I was billed $36 for Road testing (which she later stated never happened), and a Front end inspection.

I never authorized any repairs and was never told of any charges for what she later called "Diagnosis". On top of this my car had 31 more miles on it then when I left it there and they insisted that they never took it off the lot.

I refused to pay and she then called the police on me. (Talk about customer service!) These people are overcharging for unneccessary repairs and cruising around or running errands in your car. They Fail to mention the charge for the estimate. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, do not go to Bullard Auto Service
