Ripoff auto parts no part no refund after 3 months

I have a 2000 Kia Spectra with a faulty air flow sensor. I ordered it online and was pleased with the prompt reply. However, it was the wrong part. I sent it back, and they sent me the EXACT SAME part, without even bothering to unwrap it. I called and they said I sent it to the wrong address, so I mailed it of again, this time to the prescribed address. That was 2 months ago. I have called and called to no avail. They are now ignoring my calls. If I call from another number, they answer and give me a run-around, but they will NEVER answer when I call from my phone. I have asked and asked for a refund and to cancel my order, but my requests have gone unheeded. I just want my money back!
