Tire Sold at $89 After Customer Asked for $60 Tire

Sears Auto Center in Burlington, Massachusetts had ripped me off.
They charged me $113.22 for one tire. I had asked for a $60 tire, and they had sold me a $89 tire.

My total charges were

Parts: $89.48
labor: $19.39
tax: $4.35
total $113.22

I think it is absurd they sold me a tire almost $30 more expensive than I was looking for. Those slime just want more money. I am very disappointed in their service. Not to mention they made me wait almost two hours. The whole point I am trying to make is that they sold me a tire that was much more expensive than I had asked for, this isn't fair.
