Ripoff and Scam With Horrible Customer Service

Brought my car in about 2 months ago to be diagnosed and repaired. After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls I explained I was getting frustrated so he changed the spark plugs, cap and fuel pressure regulator. I picked the truck Up and paid the 450 and went on my way. On the way home I noticed the problem Still persisted So I call them back And tell them whats going on and he says he will call me when he gets a chance to get it back in.

Another couple weeks of no calls and I call him and he tells me to bring it in he'll look at it no charge and I brought it in and sure enough several weeks pass and I go pick up my truck and tell him Im taking it somewhere else and I want my money back because I didnt need a tune up I needed my truck fixed. The truck Was purchased recentlly used at Landmark Ford And passed alot of checks as well as having new plugs and cap.

Damage Resulting = loss of use loss of work This is my work truck
