Jermiah, Dave Foster, Jason And AB Who Did The Front Brakes Customer Service Sucks

I have had an account with les schwab for years, and I bought a Mazda Rx7 and took it in to get breaks checked. The guy in the break dept I belive his name was andy told me there were 30% on the fronts and 40% on the back. I told him I wanted them replaced.

Well they had my car all day, and I took it home and the next day I had to parelle park downtown portland and my brakes were screeching from behind. I got down and looked at them and realized they did not do the back breaks.

I called and talk to David (Manager) how I was upset thinking that both the front and back were done and they didn't even touch the back. SO I dropped it off again. They had it the whole day they call me at 5pm because they close at 6 pm.

I get there and get into the vechicle and proceed done the road when pushing on the brakes by the light the brake pedal went way down to the floor and I almost hit the car in front of me. I knew there was something wrong. I turned around went in talk to jason who told me that he got all of the air out of the lines and to drive it for that evening. I told him I didn't feel comfortable driving that car it had better stopping power before they changed the back breaks. So he asked me if I could keep the car there until tomorrow. I said you have had it all day and I need to go to work I have taken two different days off unpaid. So he took the car back and then I talked to David and he said he would go find out whats going and get back to me.

Well he never did get back to me. Jason pulled the car around and said he had to apologize to me. He said that he was re flushing the brakes and all of a sudden a bunch of air came out. And he said the brakes are nice and tight. I looked at him and said thank good I didn't keep on going I would have ended in a wreak with my car if I had to stop suddenly and it wouldn't even stop when I hit the brakes, cause it would go down when I hit the brakes. I would have gotten in a possibly bad accident just because they didn't finish bleeding the brakes. And they wouldn't compensate me for anything. And I even got charged a sales tax on service charge? Since when did they start this?

My son was trying to tell me not to go to Les Swab all his frinds have had bad experinces but I have had them do things for me for years and never had a problem since this. I think they should have taken some money off for never taking care of this in the first place. I had two take off too days and then the problems with not bleeding the brakes throughly... Could have cost them alot more...
