Network Alignment And Brake
Fraudulent claims of competance and damage to vehicles ripoff

On 8/26/06 I went to Network Alignment and Brake in Phoenix, Arizona to have them install a minor lift kit on my Nissan Titan pickup truck. The mechanic first disputed the price (230.00) I had been given over the phone. I asked him if installing it was a problem for them and he replied, "No, no problem we do this type of work all the time."
Four hours later the shop called and said my truck was done. I picked it up and went home. Later I noticed fluid puddling in my driveway and looked under the vehicle to find that the 4WD shaft had partially come out of one side of the front differential. Upon further inspection I saw that the *mechanics* had also failed to reinsert two (important) cotter pins into the suspension (there were even two new pins included in the kit - should have been a clue to them).
After considering their obvious incompetance/stupidity, I elected to take the truck to the dealer for repairs. The dealer told me that the installation would need a longer 4WD axle - something that the 'experts' at Network should have related to me in the first place. I phoned Network and got only a 'bring it back in...'. I then e-mailed Network but got no response.
