Unethical billing practices, initiating illegal payment agreements, had vehicle towed after agreement to make payments

I have all of the standard complaints as other individuals who have dealt with Triad. Bullying tactics of collecting payments, harrassing phone calls.

Impersonating other people in order to gain phone numbers.
Calling other people at my command who didn't know me and attempting to gain information about me.

On Triads last attempt to contact me at my command, they were informed that thier harrassing calls would not be tolerated, and that in fact action would be taken if they did so again.

An employee {Who only would identify himself as James} initiated alternate payment arrangements {which I later found out was illegal per the original contract}, and while initiating these arrangements, did then have the vehicle towed from my command.

Upon calling {James} back he then said he mixed up my paperwork with another car that was going to be repossed. That would have been a ligitmate excuse if he hadn't already put out the order to repo my car which was evident by the fact that the towing company was in route to my command while he {James} was on the phone with me making the alternate payment arrangments.

The towing company was from out of town which indicated to me that they were contacted earlier that day or sooner, before {James}initiated the illegal payments with me. The towing occurred immediatly after he {James} hung up with me making the arrangments.

I later found out this was a standard tactic Triad employees used in order to intimidate people into making payments. Upon further investigation of the company, I discovered these same tactics were used across the board on people that were late making payments.

They used other tactics such as demanding immediate payment by Western Union or other forms of wire payment. On one occassion the place I used to make one of these immediate payments, the person there informed me that in fact several people a month came into to do the same thing for the same company {Triad}.

The car has since been taken by them. The vehicle itself was not mechanically sound so it was being repaired for the third time when Triad took it. The transmission went out on the car about 11 months after I purchased it. Finally Triad took the car from the location it was being repaired at.
