I would Strongly recommend, rather, INSIST, you do not seek employment at this place. I have worked there for the last 4 1/2 years, and have been lookin for another job since, well finally fortune came my way and I am now out. Of course I have the normal complaints about weak management and so on. But this is mainly for my Fiance' who also worked there for the past year. She was the head cashier over all three stores, and benefit consultant for numerous services. She was always praised and thanked for an outstanding job and hailed the "best cashier ever." But something changed. For the last year and a half, whe have had a new service advisor, we'll just call him "*hole" because they all are cuz they care about nobody but themselves and their precious money. Not to mention he has a terrible temper problem i. E, cussing matches with some customers (who they supposedly care a lot about) kicking doors, throwing things etc. Last Friday he decides to get a hot head and throw a set of Keys at My Fiance, and the other cashier who works at Toyota. Sound anything like attempted assault? Then, of course, this upsets her and she tries to tell the Svc. Manager, we'll just call him "Yes man" to correct the situation, what does he do? He tells her to just go back next door where she belongs, and now she's real upset. So she takes the next logical step, take it to the General Manager who can solve all the world's problems right? WRONG!!! He told her that "he was having a bad day, just go to lunch and cool off!" Pussy. Well, not feeling comfortable working in such an environment, she says "I'm goin to lunch and I'm not coming back today" As would anyone am I right? Later, she tries to contact "yes Man" back and resolve the issue again, what does he tell her?"well, we all took it as you quit, you need to talk to HR." Ok, fine, we've only had an HR dept. For the last 3 months so they should definately know what they're doing huh? WRONG again... They just said, "well they all took it as you quit." So she waited all weekend to let things smooth over, went in to work this morning, because she didn't quit! And they said "Why are you here?" Long story short they told her to leave, still sound like she quit? Or maybe that an excellent employee was wrongfully terminated and discriminated against because she wanted some justice from the "*hole" who nearly missed her head with a set of sharp objects. But who can blame the "yes man" he makes the place Money. And that Folks, is what the Dealership experience is all about, STEALING MONEY from people!!! And unless your proper name is "*hole" or "yes man" you can't say *, just deal with it.
