The Worst Car Dealership Ever! Bob Rohrman!

My son and I went to Bob Rohrman Libertyville Mitsubishi to buy him a "new" used car upon our arival we were greated by everyone being so wonderful and kind. Our salesman Crocket showed us a few cars in our price range of $7000.00 when we came upon a 1995 Audi a4, black and beautiful, just the kind of car a 17 year old would love. We asked to take it for a test drive, noone could find the keys! It took over a half hour for the dumb asses to find them.

After the test ride i asked what the rubbing noise in the frount of the car was i was told and i quote, "it is a rubber boot that covers the shock it is torn but will not affect the driving or saftey of the car' we bought the car paid cash and were on our way. Two days later my son comes hom in the Audi and says the check engine loght came on so i called the dealership and talked to robert the general manger he said bring the car in and we will look at it. We brought them the car that day the had our car for 2 days and called me to say well sorry but your engine is blown and you need to buy a new engine! But said they would give me a great deal and only charge us $3750.75 i said dont sound right i got that car 2 days ago. They said sorr theres nothing we can do for you. I went to pick the car up, well have it towed and they same people who were so eager to great us on our first visit now ran from us like the parting of the red sea. We towed the car to highland park audi who looked at the car and told us the tie rods are broke, front brakes are shot, converters have been removed from the car and the spark plug wires are bad needs a tune up oh and the engine was not blown! I have been going back and forth with this dealership for 3 months now they are the worst if you want to get screwed go to bob rohrman
