CITGO President Refuses To Reply To Complaint. Too busy ripping off other consumers

I am informed by CITGO Cust. Service that a Mr. Dave Tippiconic is their President. I have written via Certified Mail, faxed and E-mailed but have gotten no reply as of July 5

My Certified Letter of June 11th (Cert. # Z219 910 628) is copied below:- President, Citgo 5665 Fox Ridge Dr Mission KS 66202

Sir:

On 1/14/97 your firm issued me credit card 654400886. I used it a few times and paid the final balance due. I have not heard from your firm in years. Recently I found an entry on my credit report from Experian to the effect that this account was charged off with a balance due that was suppose to be $10! I have phoned your firm to ask the obvious questions. The reply was that they have no idea what the $10 was, if it was a purchase, balance, card fee etc.

It additionally seems that your firm has incorrectly informed Experian that the account was a paid/chargeoff which they tell me means that I subsqeuently paid your firm the $10 AFTER it was charged off. Why you would tell them something that bizarre is unknown to me but it is also incorrect. I want to know just where your pencil pushers get off providing incorrect information to the credit bureaus about a supposed $10 charge off which I DO NOT owe to you and which your own people can NOT justify.

I want this incorrect reference removed at once from my credit report at Experian and the other 2 bureaus should also be notified to amend their records. I will send this certified mail so your crack staff cant claim that they have not gotten it.

I want an immediate reply.

I guess CITGO is too busy this summer ripping off other consumers to reply to their certified mail, faxes and Emails. I for one dont go into their stations anymore.
