Ripoff misleading financing

Shaver Kia tried to pull a "yo yo scam" or "on the spot delivery scam" on me, acting like they had me financed only to call me a few weeks later to say that the bank needed more money down. Shaver Kia was just trying to get more money out of my pocket, threatening that "the bank" that financed me was asking for it. When I asked for the name and number of the Finance company, they were hesitant to tell me, then after arguing back and forth they finaly said that there were a few finance companies, I then asked for all of their names and numbers, then they said there was no finance that accepted me. Long story short they were just trying to get more money out of me but when I didnt give in, the threats of reposesing my car came into the conversation.

Shaver Kia has a "10 Day Rights to Rescind" policy (which is on the back of their contract, boxed in a square on the middle of the page in the right hand side), which gives them 10 days only to contact you regarding finance disputes.

I let them know that they had 10 days from the date of the contract to contact me of any finance problems and that they would be in breach of contract if they reposesd my vehicle, but the threats just kept coming.
(Not to mention that even thow they kept saying they wanted the car back, they continued to keep cashing all of my down payment checks).

I quickly contacted a consumers rights lawyer and within a few months of Shaver Kia trying to throw their best lies about contacting me and what not, WE WON THE CASE!

Not only do I need to thank my Lawyer for doing such a great job, but by me saving all of my phone bills, all mail I ever received from Shaver Kia, copys of checks they kept cashing, and making notes of day per day conversations from the begining of the day that I walked into the dealership, along with notes of witnesses, all played a big part of me winning the case.
