Truckaddons - ripoff, nasty attitudes, lack customer service skills, no communication, take the money and ignore all requests to resolve issues

This company advertises NO HASSLE RETURNS. NOT TRUE!!! I have experienced nothing but a hassle from this company. No one at the company was willing to return phone calls (PAT & LARRY), they would not issue an RMA# for returning product. You can only obtain return authorization via the internet, but after 3 requests, none was ever issued. Pay Pal will only assist if shipment was never received. Since I received A product shipment (not the product I wanted) they would not get involved.

The only thing this company is interested in is taking your money. Once they've got it, they don't want anything else to do with you unless you want to give them additional money. They have no customer service or people skills.

After weeks of trying to get someone to just TALK to me I gave up. Thank goodness I only threw away $53.00. My advice, try another store. STAY away from TRAIL BLAZERS and Truckaddons.com.
