Suggested I needed transmission flush, now my tranmission leaks selling services you don't need! Ruined my transmission! Consumer fraud ripoff

I brought my vehicle to Jensen Tires in Omaha, NE. Spent $900 on new tires, serpentine belt, front end work and they suggested a transmission flush. I was going on a road trip and they said I should have this transmission flush-so I agreed.

They said it was "preventitive" matainence. Less than 2 weeks later, this car, with 41,000 miles, which had run great for 1 1/2 years, started leaking transmission fluid when I was on my road trip. When I returned, they looked at it and said there was a leaky seal. They could not fix it, THEY DONT WORK ON TRANSMISSIONS THEY SAID!

I asked why then did they insist I need a flush - and now I have a leaky seal!!! Duh!!! Idiots!!! Now I have talked to many transmissions experts and they all agree, they don't do flushes-its better to have a tradition fluid change where they replace the filter also! Older cars (this was 6years old) should not have this done, it can flush out the sediment and stuff around the seal and cause a leak!

I have asked many people and most of them say they have never had a transmission flush and have no problems with their cars. I have a honda that has 160,000 miles on it and never had a flush-it runs great! THEY ARE CROOKED-ONLY SUGGESTING FLUSHES ON TRANSMISSION'S TO MAKE $-DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE EVEN DOING TOUCHING TRANSMISSIONS WHEN THEY DONT EVEN FIX THEM!

I talked to a supervisor over the Jensen stores and he was an arrogant jerk who, the snake that he is tried to change my words around, and when I gave him sound explanations he just went a differant direction-denying that this could ever cause a problem! Which according to TRANSMISSION EXPERTS CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS!

This company I now find out has a rotten reputation! Do not ever go there-they are only after your money! Also last night, after only 6months, the serpentine belt they installed came loose and came off. They tried to blame it on some STUPID EXPLANATION! (they said the engine jumps and it knocked it off?!?!?) DENYING ANY ONE THERE DID ANYTHING WRONG, EVEN THOUGH I WAS STRANDED WITH A CAR THAT HAD TO BE TOWED.

Only since i had the warrenty they towed and fixed-no cost mind you-but totally denying responsiblility! Coincidence-not! Fraud - cheaters and liars who take no resibility for their crappy work! I called other service people and they said that was absurd! They just didn't put the tensioner on correctly and it came loose!

With this shyster company beware - they dont admit they ever do anything that even possibly could be wrong! I am sure they make big fat commission when they talk naive people into these so called transmission flushes! Robbers without a gun! Don't make the same mistake, take your car to a specialized mechanic not these greedy franchises!
