I can't express the disgust i have with AIG at the moment, I filed a claim with you guys on May 30, and today is July 20 and i still have had any results. I'm truly considering speaking with a attorney about this matter. I've spoken with Shirley (ROR REDACTED FULL NAME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) who was very helpful, but i need this matter taken care of ASAP.

My claims adjuster was the most UN-helpful, rude, and uncaring individual i've met. On top of an ugly voice mail he left i haven't spoke with the guy since. Then Mrs. — called and had a investigator come out, (Hell that took over a month and a half to get that done) on the 14th of July. I've been nice and patient for the most part. After this is over i'm leaving AIG, and i wouldn't suggest this insurance company to my WORST enemy!!!
