Ripoff Failed to pay for two lots of CDs

This company has a web site where it offers to purchase used music CDs from the public and pay for them using PayPal. I used the web site to sell them two batches of my used music CDs: Uzed.com clearly acknowledges receipt and examination of the CDs. I have not been paid for either submission.

I complained by emails to them on 8/7 and 9/12 and by calling their business number and leaving voicemail word of my complaint on 9/26. I have had no response from any of these contacts.

Their web site acknowledges that my claims are "pending". I have contacted the Colorado Attorney General's office http://www.ago. State.Co. Us/consline/consline. Cfm
and they put the Denver BBB in touch with me. As of today, they've had no reponse either.
