Ripoff fraudulent business practices

While moving in to my apartment, my wife was unloading a borrowed pickup truck, a load at a time. She walked a load upstairs and put a few items away. Upon returning downstairs to OUR parking spot, retreiver towing had hooked up and towed the truck. When asked why, the response was "it did not look like anyone was using the vehicle, because the tailgate was up."
They did however take the time to re-attach the spiderweb bungie cargo net and pull the blanket over my possessions prior to towing. Obviously they knew someone was unloading. Lie #1

The manager of the towing outfit told me to call ahead 1/2 hour to ensure a driver was dispatched to meet me at the yard. I called them around 4:50 pm and said I was a half an hour away. The manager said he had sent a driver and he would be there at 5:30 to meet me. At 5:40 I again called the manager and he said he had paged him and he would be there in 15 min. The driver told me he had been paged at 5:50 pm. Lie #2

When the driver finally did arrive, we settled the bill and he billed me an extra $40.00 because it was now after business hours and a "gate fee" applied. These people deliberatly prolonged the arrival of the driver to snake another fee
out of me, I was charged $15.00 for a picture that I did not get, $5.00 a mile for towing, a $5.00 fuel surcharge, $35.00 dolly fee? $110 hook up fee, $40.00 gate fee, $33.00 storage fee and a $10.00 dispatch fee. And I didnt even get a kiss.
