Ripoff

I recently relocated to California from Oregon and used a Budget truck to move my home.

When I went to teturn the truck, I had done all that was requested of me before returnning it.

I went to claim my refundable deposit I was told they were not going to refund it all to me do to my feul tank not being "topped off".

They charged me $8.33 per gallon of fuel when the highest I have seen it in salinas is $3.34 this is for diesl keep in mind.

When I called budget truck rental I learned that it is against the law to charge this "top off" charge. Because it is imposible to fill it completely with out the site having a pump there to use.

I did not recieve my full refund from Rudys Trucking to this day and am working with Budget to find a new company for them to use for a return truck location.
These people were horrible to work with. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a big sign that said "We reserve the right to not serve you so Be Nice"
How can anyone say this is a good place to work with.
