Ripoff, did not send my order and kept my money Hamilton New Jersey

I ordered brakes for my vehicle on May 4 and never recieved my order. I cancelled my order after a month and still haven't recieved my money back. Every time I call they tell me one more week before you get your money and give me another number to call customer service.

When I call customer service they keep me hold for twenty minutes and then an automated service states there busy and hangs up on you. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they tell me i can't and are very rude.
