AKA Triad AKA Ford Morot Credit FORD'S HENCHMEN FOR ILLEGAL ACTS

I will make this short and sweet. Roadloans first sent my wife a check in the mail for $ 20,000.00 that she nor we did not use. Then we wnert about trying to get our Dodge re-financed at which time they started sending us prefilled re-finance documents that we neither signed nor sent back. Next thing we know they are trying to place a lein on our Dodge saying we had refinanced through them. What they had done was signed my wife's "maiden" name to the loan documents "themselves" and then went about paying off Wells Fargo who we did have the loan with.

When I went to the Missouri Department of Revenue and told them the documents were forgeries they refused to allow Roadloans to place a lein, so what did Roadloans do they hired an Ex Felon out of Mexico Missouri to come to our home, break in our Garage while we were not there and steal the Vehicle. When we trieds to get help from the Police and Missouri State Highway Patrol there attidue was that we owed someone the money so it was a legitimate repo. When we went to Attorney's in Missouri they said basically the same thing, it did not matter that they had committed a criminal act. It only mattered that they had documents that purported to have my wifes signature.
In the end we lost the vehicle, and they at first tried to collect the remaining balance, but when I filed suit they dropped it saying we didn't owe them anything. For all those who do not know Roadloans if owned by Triad which is owned by Ford Motor Credit. So when you file suit know that your up against Ford not Roadloans or Triad Financial.
