Ripoff, fraudulent, liars, big time scam

This is one of the most fraudulent places I have seen. I am in the process of trying to get my 195.00 down payment back right now. I was contacted june 3 about an inquiry I found on the internet. Everything arrived within a week like it was supposed to. The down payment money was out of my bank faster than any money transaction I have seen 1st thing monday morning. I read the policy and instead of 5yr. 100,000 mile warranty it was 4yrs. And 48,000 miles. Which anyone knows does not do any good. I finally got contacted by someone supposed to be in charge after getting run around for an hour at least.

The new contract was supposed to be sent fedex by wednesday june 21st 2006. And they were as a bonus for my trouble give me 1 payment less saving 107.75 great. It is friday june 22nd and nothing. Called and got the run around naturally, then finally this rude jerk named Scott Hicks gave me an email address and said my refund will be priority, yeah right.

I want to see these people stopped it is an outright scam. Why are people like this not in jail I do not know. If I can be of any help please it needs to be stopped immediately.
