The Great Outdoor Store
Is a rip-off scam company that uses deceptive business practices, and a dishonest sales staff

My 20 year old son visited The Great Outdoor Store in Jackson. They also have stores in Paris and Dyersburg. He told the salesman that he was interested in a Ninja 250. The salesman, Malcom, said that the suggested retail price is $3,999, but because he liked to help young people, he was going to let him have it at the greatly reduced, below market value of only $3,600.

This cycle has an actual MSRP of $2,999. To add to the rip-off, they charged him $315 for dealer prep and $89 for a document fee. They then financed this through a loan company at 20.84% interest rate that adds a $29 late fee for payments that are not even late!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! There are too many reputable, legitimate dealers that will earn your business through good customer service and honest business practices.
