When purchasing an outdoor wicker chair and outdoor cushion, there was a 25% discount on the cushion. The clerk did not apply the discount. We discovered the error at home, had to come back and ask for the bill to be corrected.

Clerks were pleasant and helpful when we were making the purchase.
