Ripoff! Baton Rouge L

I am just like the other people who are writting about this sorry bank. First of all when my husband and I purchased a 2003 Galant the total price on the the car was 13,000 and we put down 4,000 as a down payment which left us with 8,000 still left on the car. Our car was financed for 4 years through this bank at a payment of 250.00 and the payments on the car was made on time not problem with the bank yet until my husband got call up to go and fight and this war our president started (another story) anyways there is this thing that being my husband was called overseas the rate on the car drop with Crescent took upon itself and extended our loan. When Katrina hit as we all know that water was everywhere Ms. Williams the rep that was assigned to our case call my home and told me that I was two months behind on my car and they were coming to get it and I told her that I know that I sent off the payments for the car and had my money orders to prove that I sent in a payment so she goes to tell me that I need to send in two more payments to catch up on the payments and I told her that I was not going to do it and I told her to come and get the car and see what happens. After all of that my loan got move to the Baton Rouge bank and that is where I am having all of my problems now. My payment on my car is due the 10th of every month and these people starts call me on the 1st of the money to make sure that I know about my payment. My next problem with this bank the lady called me on the 1st of december and she told me that in may I was short 30 dollars on payment and that I needed to make this payment now through western union and I refused it because I told you that you should have called me in may and told me this. I made my december's payment on time and the next couples days I was up town and I get a call from my mother-law stated that two guys were there at the house to pick up my car and being that I know the law I went back to the house and talk to the men that were there and they told me that they were there to pick up my car for lack of payment and i went to the car and got out my paper work and asked them what payment and they told me december's payment and I told that that I had made it and was on time the guys laugh when I showed them the paper work and they did not leave with my car. So on Monday I called the bank and talk to some woman and she told me that my car should have been repo because I felt to make a 30 dollar payment.

Something has to be done about the people at this bank but I am so thankful that my car will be paid off in Feb. Of this year... Who ever is thinking of putting a class action suit against this bank please let the good people know...
