Ripoff Scammers and Switch n baiters

I bought a 2005 Ford Taurus from DiBlasi in Queens a year ago. The car was bought with 16,181 miles and now has about 44,000 highway miles. Last month the car started experiencing transmission problems with two error codes regarding 2nd and 3rd gear incorrect ratio. Called Diblasi and no help whatsoever, they wiped their hands clean and even hung up on me a few times. Called Ford regarding the issues of the car and got brushed off a few times. When I purchased the car I was supposed to get a different car but persuaded me to get the one I have now. Until the recent tranny issues I found out that this car was a fleet vechile and sold at an auction by Hertz Corp in PA and then bought by DiBlasi and then sold to me not even two weeks later. GOT PLAYED! I am starting a small claims case and reporting them to everyone and thier mother! BBB Auto Line, Consumer affairs etc... Any help would be great!
