Ripoff misleading dishonest

I purchased a leased vehicle 12-21 and was sold a extended warranty 72 month 100000 mile in 6 i took my vehicle in for an air conditioning problem and got a rough estimate before i gave them an ok to repair i contacted Fidelity warranty and talked to a representitive and gave him my contract number and contract date to double check if the contract would cover it i was told yes it was a valid contract and he also informed me of their a/c warranty procedure as some things wernt covered (corrosion condensers etc) i then told my service shop to procede with repairs 2 days.

Later the shop called me to say fidelity told them my contract expired due to the contract starting on the date the vehicle was sold new not the date on the contract i contacted fidelity to explain that i had got authorization to repair the vehicle 2 days prior and pretty much got told by the person on the phone and a supervisor to not in so many words to "puond sand" the supervisor said there was no record of me calling even though i had details about their limited a/c coverage so i pretty much got called a liar from reading earlier posted complaints im not the only customer treated this way beware of this company they will screw you over if givin the chance im not done with them yet this is just a heads up to the rest of the working public BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY
