Ripoff dishonest fraudulent misrepresenting misleading

I live in texas and purchased a vehicle from this company on ebay. According to this listing: "this unit is a 2001 hyundia sonata, no scratches, no fade, interior is as clean as exterior, non smoker car, no interior wear at all, everything works 100% runs and drives perfect, all new tires and brakes, it has power everything, updated factory stereo, with cd player, tilt wheel cruise control, well maintained car and priced to sell now unit has v-6 with automatic transmission."

I had a friend drive the vehicle to texas. And after breaking down 3 times and getting towed once on the way back to Texas, I received the vehicle and was shocked to see what poor condition it was in.

The battery and alternator both died on the trip, the power steering pump went out, the transmission was slipping, the CV joint needs replacing, both rear discs are so badly scored that they need replacing... Not to mention that the suspension and wheels are rusted... He had the audacity to mask the rusty wheels with silver spray paint!

The interior smells like it has been under water... And it was most certainly not a non smoker car... Burn holes and ashes still on the carpets. Rear wheel wells are showing signs of rust.

When I contacted the seller, he tried to blame all of the damage on the driver that transported the vehicle! It was only in our possesion for 24 hours! When I looked over all of the paperwork I noticed that he stressed AS IS, writing it numerous times on the paperwork. I suggest that anyone to come in contact with this company... RUN away quickly!!
