Alternator - Starter Express
Sent starter back for repair - they kept starter and did not answer calls, emails or letters South Carolina

I purchased a high torque starter for my Harley Sportster. A few months later sent it back for replacement of a damaged part and asked them to bill me for the cost of the repair. They kept the starter, and would not answer any phone, email, or mail inquiries. Ripoff: approximately 200.00. Telephone is answered by machine - no one there.
