I went to finance a 1999 f-150 kingcab truck. When i told them i would wait a couple days and get back to them, they asked me what it would take to drive the truck off the lot. We agreed on the terms i signed the papers and drove home. Not once did they ask me to bring the truck back, but when i went in to sign some papers they said i needed to sign they tried to make me take a different vehicle. When i refused to pick a different vehicle and told them that i would give them back their truck and that they give me back my $2000.00 dollar down payment and i would go somewhere else, they refused to give me back my down payment. Then they said they would call the police because i wouldn't give them back the truck until they gave me back my down payment.
I could use any help to resolve this matter thank you
