Ripoff

I bought a 92 cadi form this shop on 5/4/06 in witch it was on the net for 1995.99, when i got there to see the car it had a chatter in engine (lifter noise) they told me if i took the car they would give me a bettr price. I take to there tech and he told me he looked over the car and the motor was good and i took the car they didn't smog the car and put parts only on deal. I called the owner to see about getting into another car and he told me her would only give me 800 back after i gave 1750.00 for the car. I then told him that was a rip off and i saw the reports on the net. Mind you i didn't say what city and he said new jersey right off the bat. The tell me that this is a normal pratice of this company and they should be shut down. I only had this car 4 days i could not reach the owner for 3 of the 4 days. I only want to get a car that ran not that i need to put a 2500 dollar engine in it and i was still willing to do buisness with him and all he said was i can't help you without more money. I would have given more but why should i lose all that money if they are a real dealership. And by the way i work for a dealership and they don't do thing like this at all.
