After 30 hours of creating website, Non Payment due to some minipulation of a MINOR ripoff

I am 16 and had my body kit installed and painted at kar42, at the time they were just opening and asked me to crearte them a website as we would keep them two seperate things, i would pay in full for the kit and they would pay me in full for the website.

Once the site was nearly complete they began to tell me that the tech that painted my kit told me he painted the sides of my car for free in return for a free website, although what he told me was something completley different. He told me that he felt in debt to me for doing so much work on the website, and that if he had to pay me by him self he would.

Today he claims he didnt say that. Its a direct minipulation of a minor, and i dont have money for a small claims lawyer so they slip away with no payment and im stuck paying them the 1200 dollars in cash without getting paid my self.
