Ripoff Name Change after Lawsuit settlement in

This is to inform people and any of the people who were part of the multi million dollar lawsuit against JDbyRyder and CNAC, they have changed their names in Louisville Kentucky. The same dealership is now known as The Car Store and the fiancing is now through The Car Stores Financing Dept.

I purchased my vehicle from them in March of and they had to include the 18 months, 18,000 mile warranty. They within that period of time have had to replace the rearend, the transmission, and some other minors things to my vehicle. During that whole period of time I didnt have a problem. My account manager told me of a way to cut my interest down considerably so that the car would be paid off alot sooner.

So, each month I send in 4 payments. Each at a quarter of the months payments. (keep in mind i am already 2 payments ahead) Now since the name change I have already had one call saying my payment was deliquent? And I have not been late not even once, and I am actually ahead. And the checks I have been sending. They keep misplacing them til two weeks are up and Im not getting the interest less than I have been for the past year..

What can I do now? I noticed this huge change once the name of the store has changed, seems that if they have been into a lot of trouble before they would realize they can get into even more if they continue. Thank you
