Anderson Auto Glass, AAG ripoff took our money and ran, scam do not use this company. Poor installation, no experience old man and fat son come and do work, very unprofessional Carmichael

They are know as Anderson Auto Glass or Anderson's Auto glass. Mr. Anderson and his son Thomas Anderson at first were called to our car lot to do an installation of a new front windshield and the work seemed fine until the window had leaks and caused damage to the interior carpet and electronics. This happend recently from the past storms here in our area. But the worst part is that we did not find out about this poor installation until after they ripped us off again. The last installation we called Anderson Auto Glass on and his fat son (All this company consists of is an old man and a very obeast son that you are actually scared that he may break the door or seat during installation, or possibly dent the hood) said they had to run and get a window before they could install the 2 we needed. And they would need the full payment before they could pick up the part. As a trusting individual we fell for their scam. Have not seen them since. We are out now with all the windows involved over $800.00 plus the damage to the interior of the car (additional $2300.00). This father and son team are crooks and will not return any phone calls. I even attempted to go to their so called location and found an old run down building with a few offices. They must pick up mail there only.

We will not let them get away with this. I am a service manager for a fairly large auto dealer in this area. We are currently sending emails to every dealership in town to watch out for this scam from Anderson's or Anderson Auto Glass. Once this gets out I am sure not many companies will want to use their garbage service or should I say no service. We are also pursuing legal action. If any other auto dealers or individuals have had problems please at least file a small claims suit against them.

Watch out Mr. Anderson we know your scam and your about to be out of business!!!
