Ripoffs, fraudulent charges, dishonest, Doing Business in an Illegal Fashion

I was two payments behind with my car payment. I sent two car payments via overnight express in time to be posted correctly. CPS did not post my payment until two days later. They sent out a repo order after they received my double car payment. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I got a a letter from the paralegal stating she would assist me in my problem, as of 4/20/06 no response. She told me she would have an answer for me at the latest 4/10.06. Here are some things I found out about this particular loan company:

1. The BBB gave them a F Rating

2. They are not in compliance with the laws licensing or registeration requirements

3. Their complaints contain serious allegations, the company is known for its fradulent business prac
tices

4. Their known for harrassing friends, neighbors, and relatives for payments.

5. They used scare practices to debtors into paying

6. Others state that payments were not credited on time.
