Wfs Financial
Ripoff dishonest fraudlent billing, very abusive with words

Cars & Transport

My name is george from kansas city when I bought the car in 2003 from the car dealership pete franklin in kansas city mo. Told me that I can refinance my car after a year if I made my payment on time. When my year came up I applyed for refinance of my car and they denied me.

A couple of months later I got a letter in the mail saying that they (wfs) would settle and bring my intrest rate down 1 percent if I just sign on the bottom page
when I read it, it said that if I sign I will automaticly give my rights up to pursue a civil lawsuit.

I believe they know that they ripping hard working people off with there simple interest loan that's something I never heard of. They call me every day because I'm 15 days late and yesterday some guy name john cuss me out and told me that they were going to repo my car and I'm not even 30 day late, so if anybody wants to sue them lets do it! Because I'm tired of their scare tactics.

Also I have five sons and one day they will buy a car and not from pete franklin and not from wfs.
