Progressive rip off insurance claim

I started off with liability insurance, then switched to full coverage. 500/comp-500-coll. Well, this is how my policy was set up in the beginning after i added full coverage.

I also had red light ticket the only ticket i had ever had in the 4 years of my drivers record. Anyway, my 87 honda accord dx was 269.00 a month for full coverage with 1 red light ticket i have.

I call connately and they keep telling me the same thing all because of the red light ticket bullshit.

I find this to be totally insane. Can you please help my policy ar-oo91 which is now cancel. Which i feel that it shouldn't because of what they have been charging me. Can you help. This is atlanta, ga area how can policy be so high.
